Yeah, life has been crazy with school starting and a wedding to help with, but I'm finally sitting down to document another exciting moment this year for our soon to be baby boy!
By the way... yeah, it's a boy! Anyone that didn't know that at this point, obviously didn't read the title of this post. Lol.
So, when I first went in to find out the gender, our little guy had the umbilical chord in the way. Our doctor thought it might be a boy, but said to wait until my next appointment to be sure.
That was a long month!
Then, at the next appointment, our little guy wiggled around right after the doctor started the ultrasound and the umbilical chord got in the way again. Once again, it was maybe a boy and another "wait a month to be sure."
And that month was even longer...
By the time I came in for a third ultrasound, I was already thinking of my baby as a boy. I was trying not to do this, just in case it was a girl, but after that appointment, it was confirmed that he was a boy!
And now, John and I can finally talk about baby names without having to make an entire list for the wrong gender! (Which I actually did early without him anyway. I just couldn't wait! Haha!)
As for me, I've had more headaches, I lean on the cart because it hurts to walk after one trip to Walmart, and I finally feel like I look more like I'm pregnant and not just full of fast food! Although, as far as how I feel about cooking dinner every night goes, I wouldn't mind the fast food too much... Lol.
And along with all that, I get to feel little baby boy dancing inside me every day! We can't wait to see our sweet little guy's kicking and dancing for real in January! 4 more months to go!
