Sooo, now that I have all this free time... *eyeroll* Haha! (No, I'm not spending all my free time putting things in cups. Unless you count getting snacks for my kids. Which sometimes feels like it does take a lot of my free time. Lol.)
This winter gift just happens to be something we are giving John's grandparent's this year, so it worked out well with the timing.
To put it together, I just found two cute cups that weren't too Christmas-y, but still had a winter-time feel. (Hence the snowflakes...)

I ended up just putting hot cocoa, candy canes, and some chocolates in them, but you can also put in things like scarves, gloves, or a small winter hat (like in the picture). Other ideas of things that would fit are apple cider mix (instead of cocoa), a gift card, a nice winter scented lotion (my hands always get so dry this time of year!), a homemade treat (like these candy cane cookie truffles), or even a small new ornament if it is for Christmas.
Whatever ends up going inside of them, I think the cups are super cute and make the cold winter days a little more bearable. Because let's be honest, we're all just counting the days until Spring at this point. Haha!
